The inspiration for this villa was drawn from its dramatic landscape.
The plot is set barely at the top of the hill in Dani, giving panoramic views to the north coast of the island, a location where usually 'episcope' buildings are built.

The focus of the building's design is the visual access to the coastal outline of Syros.

This is achieved by using two main axes, one north and one southeast that provide an amazing view, dominant in each room.

The house is 220 sq.m. big and has five bedrooms and bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, dinning and living room area and ample external spaces for relaxation and sun lounging and dinning al fresco.
