The aim of the project was to refurbish and modernize the existing apartment emphasizing not only on a renovated bathroom, kitchen, closets and floors, the use of natural wood and marble, but also on the post war dark interior wall colours, as the client - a painter and photographer- insisted that through this renovation he would end up living in a reborn 60's flat, in a vintage Athenian neighborhood - Kipseli. The apartment is 100 sq.m. big.
